Archie's Girls 'Betty' Inspired Look

Here is another look for the makeup tag on Aqeela's blog. We did this one a couple of weeks ago, but I still thought I'd share. The theme was 'Archie's Girls' to pay homage to the new limited edition collection by MAC. For those who aren't familiar with the comic or the range, here's a little bit of background I found on the MAC website:

"The ravishing rivals for Archie's affection inspire a colour collection celebrating their iconic personas. Smoulder in deep and seductive tones inspired by spoiled rich girl Veronica or beam like blonde-next-door Betty in soft and innocent shades for eyes and face."

So, I decided to take the sweet innocence of Betty and run with it! Here's the look I came up with.

Going nuts with my pictures as per usual! Sorry! Here are some more...HAHA. Pictures of the products that I used to create my look. A little bit more exciting then just a boring list!

L-R: MUA Brow Kit, Eylure Katy Perry 'Oh My!' Lashes, Rimmel Glam' Eyes HD 'True Union Jack' Eyeshadow Palette, Duo Lash Adhesive, Maybelline 'The Falsies' Volum' Express Mascara, MAC 'Facinating' Eye Pencil, Rimmel 'Black' Soft Kohl Pencil, MUA 'Immaculate Collection' Palette.

I used these two pink colours from the eyeshadow palettes!

L-R: Illamasqua 'Promise' Cream Blush, MAC 'Soft & Gentle' Mineralize Skin Finish, The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimiser, Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, MAC Select Moisturecover Concealer.

L-R: Calvin Klein 'Orchid' Delicious Pout Flavoured Lipgloss, NARS 'Mambo' Eye Pencil (for my freckles), Rimmel 1000 Kisses 'Indian Pink' Lip Pencil.

PHEW! Once again I used ridiculous amounts of products and colours. But I guess that's the fun of experimenting isn't it?

Click here to see the other girls over on the blog post! They created some diverse looks.

How did you like my look? Thanks for reading and scrolling through my masses of photos (that was tiring!)
